Families almost always want to see where someone will actually be staying before they commit, and that is a fair question to ask. The photographs below show the building as it is: the residential interiors, the grounds, the wards, and the emergency section where patients in acute withdrawal are admitted at any hour.

The centre sits at Khana Pul Ghauri Town, Phase 1, Near Masjid Khulafa e Rashideen, Islamabad. Residential rooms and shared areas are arranged so that patients spend their days in structured activity rather than confined to a bed, and the emergency section is staffed continuously so an admission at three in the morning is handled the same way as one at midday. Women are treated in a separate building with its own entrance and a 24-hour female staff, described further down this page.
